The information we collect is used solely for the following purposes: providing AI translation and document generation services, improving translation quality and terminology accuracy, analyzing platform usage to optimize product experience, and sending service-related notifications and updates. We will not use your personal information for any commercial activities unrelated to these purposes.
3. Data Storage & Security
Your data is stored on secure cloud servers (infrastructure provided by Supabase), and all data transmission is encrypted via HTTPS. Translation content is not permanently stored on our servers after processing — PDF and DOCX files are generated locally in your browser and do not pass through our servers. We employ industry-standard security measures to protect your account information.
4. Third-Party Services
To provide translation services, we use the following third-party AI model providers: Anthropic (Claude), OpenAI (GPT-4o), and Google (Gemini). The text you input is sent to these providers' APIs for processing, and related data handling is subject to each provider's own privacy policy. We do not sell or share your personal information with advertisers or data brokers.
5. User Rights
You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal information at any time. You can manage your data through the account settings page, or send an email to support@sabaidi.ai to request data deletion. After receiving your request, we will process it within 30 business days. You also have the right to withdraw your consent to data processing, though this may affect our ability to provide services to you.
6. Cookie Policy
We use essential cookies to maintain your login status and language preference settings. We do not use third-party tracking cookies or advertising cookies. You can manage your cookie preferences through your browser settings.
